First it was locats, next it was SomeEcards, and now sweet Jesus it’s the invasion of Bitstrips on Facebook – and if you’re already as tired of them as millions of people are, I’m here to show you how to block them.
And there was much rejoicing.
The first way to block BitStrips from your Facebook page is to wait until one of them pops up in your News Feed and take ninja like action. Simply click on the drop down box in the rich hand corner of the photo, and then click on “Hide all from Bitstrips. Voila! No more Bitstrips on your news feed.
The other method available to you if there isn’t an offending bitstrip image in hands reach of your new feed is to go into your Facebook account settings, and go to manage blocking. Scroll down until you see block apps and punch in bitstrips. Huzzah! You’ve rid them from your news feed!.
And now you can get back to whatever it is you normally do on Facebook. Whatever that is. It’s nobody’s business what you do in your spare time.
